"THE most wonderful week of snow adventures. Thank you for sharing your expertise in the snow and surrounds of Asahikawa, and catering for the varying skill levels. Your extensive knowledge and good humour made this a week never to forget. Looking forward to the next trip already."

"Fab has awesome knowledge of the Japanese slopes, and offers great safety precautions if you choose to go off piste for the deep powder and tree runs. It's really awesome being taken to resorts that have less people, and more powder. Fab takes the tour to whichever resort has the best conditions for that day. I have been knee-deep many, many times across Northern Hokkaido. Very stoked. Also, did I mention the powder?"

"If you're looking for a small group exploring quiet, unspoilt Hokkaido ski areas without having to drive yourself, I recommend Fab's tour. You arrange getting to Asahikawa and Fab figures out where the skiing will be. Like-minded people, a rooftop onsen with snow falling on you while you soak, and après-ski in some genuinely extraordinary Japanese shops. A great introduction to mid-Hokkaido for anyone chasing powder."

"My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of going on one of Fab's tours in 2009 — and again in 2024 and 2025. An amazing team who coordinate different skill levels and ensure everyone gets maximum fun from every run. Not just great guides, but genuinely great people."

"The trip went well beyond expectations, thanks in no small part to the warm family atmosphere created by Fab and his team. His local knowledge of the smaller, uncrowded resorts gave us access to incredible snow and terrain, while also providing a more intimate connection with Japanese culture. Many lasting memories."

"After not skiing for 15 years, I was a little nervous. But Fab's Powder Trip made it so enjoyable. Each day he chose the perfect resort for the conditions, and each resort had something for every skill level. The guides were kind and attentive when needed, but hands-off so you could explore at your own pace. We will be back for sure."

"Plentiful powder everywhere Fab and the crew took us, and we had the chance to enjoy local ski fields with no queues. Even on a public holiday I waited one minute for a lift. The accommodation was fantastic — buffet breakfast, midnight ramen, onsen every evening. Never been looked after like this on a ski trip before."

"You did a great job taking us off the beaten path in search of fresh tracks away from the crowds. Definitely recommend this trip if you're keen to explore new areas of Central Hokkaido."
Lucas S.
"An absolutely incredible experience. Fab's extensive knowledge of all the prime powder spots in Central Hokkaido made our trip unforgettable. Six perfect days of powder skiing without ever queuing for a single lift. We'll definitely be back."

"I've been skiing in Australia for 10 years and this is by far the best snow I've ever seen, including a trip to Hakuba. Actual proper powder, cheap food, no lift lines. And you get to experience Japanese culture in a town with very few western tourists. Hokkaido is incredible — would 100% recommend."
